Using TradeWizard software service

Before using the product you must be aware of how it works and what is required to create the whole trading environment.

How does the system work?

The whole ecosystem has got two distinct components:

1. The charting platform called TradingView. The trading system "TradeWizard" has been built on it.  This is the automated product that has been built on TradingView that we have explored till now.

2. The Broker Terminal - This can be any broker house with whom you may have your Demat account, but we would recommend to use Zerodha as it has numerous benefits which are mentioned below and can be integrated with this whole system seamlessly.

You need to register in TradingView (Mandatory) to get access to TradeWizard and build your own trading setup.

Business Proposal:

• If the client has a demat account more than 10 lacs, then the client can use our software to trade on his/her behalf and generate profits.
• We will customize the software according to the client’s trading need.
• The profit sharing will be 80-20, where 80% is client’s and 20% is our service charges.
• Agreement termination can be done by any party with one month’s notice in advance.
• Any losses incurred will be at the client’s sole responsibility.

Invest with us

Business Proposal:

• The client can invest any amount above 2L on a loan basis to us.
• We will be responsible for generating profits from the investment and will be liable to pay interest @15% p.a. based on the invested amount, payable on a monthly basis.
• The loan contract will be for 6 months, 9 months or 1 year.
• Agreement termination can be done by any party with one month’s notice in advance after the locking period.
• Full principal amount will be refunded on termination of the agreement unless the contract is extended and prorated interest will be paid.
